Julie was born on May 7, 1959 to Anthony and Lena Julian in Rochester, NY. She was a bubbly, social person who was fun and well-liked by others. Julie married her husband, Ronald Stebbins on June 25, 1977. They went on to have two sons, Rocco and Nick. She was known as the matriarch of the family and loved making food for those she loved.

Julie worked as a School Bus Driver for the Greece Central School District for 21 years. The kids on her bus loved having Julie as their daily driver, as she was a care taker and was described as a “big kid” herself. She was loyal and dedicated to her family, as she took her mother to Bingo every Friday. Julie liked to play cards during her free time, especially Games of Chance and Upperhand at the casino. Her favorite kind of music was rock and roll, country and her favorite artist was Cher. She liked to watch T.V. shows like CSI, Crime Scene, The Voice, American Idol and Dancing with the Stars.
