Greece: February 27, 2026. John is predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara Kress; parents, George & Edna Kress. He is survived by his children, Daniel (Jane) Kress, Diane (Jim) Sousa, & Ann Marie (Tim) Phillips; grandchildren, Danny Kress, Ashley Sousa, Jordan Sousa, Shane (Rachael) Phillips, Dylan Phillips; siblings, James (Marilyn) Kress, Joan Wirth, Tom Kress, David (Beverly) Kress, Mike (Bonnie) Kress; brothers-in-law, David Senn, & Bob (Diane) Senn; many nieces, nephews, & friends; dear friend, Jane Romal.

John’s life story will be shared during his visitation at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.), Monday, March 2nd, 4-7 PM. His funeral mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, March 3rd, 10:30 AM at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Ave. Immediately following he will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
