Twohig, Scott D. “Twig” May 24, 1967 – April 21, 2026. Predeceased by his mother Karen E. (Reese) Twohig. Survived by his father David Twohig; wife Jennifer (Fleming) Twohig; children Matthew, Elizabeth & Rebecca Twohig (Derrick Jennings) granddaughter Winter Faye; sister Pamela (Phil) Gonzalez, nieces Shawnee, Jordan & Victoria Gonzalez; Special additional family members, Robert & Maribeth Hockey, Joyce Dodsworth and many aunts, uncles & cousins. Beloved dog, Nova.
Scott was a man of many interests, from riding his motorcycle, enjoying nature walks, and investing quality time with his granddaughter.
Scott spent twenty years working for Eastman Kodak Company. Scott contributed to Hollywood film in the dark room.
Scott supported his own lawn care business called, Twigs Lawn Care. Scott was passionate for the outdoors and cherished his twelve years taking care of landscaping and yard work. Scott was admired for managing the business and flourishing in a short amount of time.
Scott played a key role in the Greece Central Transportation Department for eighteen years, leaving a lasting impression on his coworkers by sharing his kindness and gratitude with every interaction. Scott held multiple roles in the district starting as a school bus monitor, then advancing to bus driver, safety coordinator/trainer and DMV tester. Scott touched the hearts of many, going above and beyond to teach others his knowledge and display his compassion for school bus driving. Scott will be remembered for his sense of humor that brought smiles and laughter to his friends and family. Scott showcased his commitment to the school district by completing all tasks to the best of his ability and developing his team to follow in his footsteps. Scott’s work family will forever be thankful for the memories left behind and carry his strong spirit to hold them together. Scott’s family would like to give appreciation to his work family for all their thoughtful words and sharing moments that will never be forgotten.
Scott’s celebration of life will be held at the Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane on Sunday, May 3rd from 2PM-5PM. Scott’s burial will take place at White Haven Memorial Park and will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Cornell Lab of Ornithology, 159 Sapsucker Woods Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 in Scott’s memory.
