In Loving Memory of Felice Brown

December 25, 1962 – August 27, 2026

Felice Brown was born on December 25, 1962, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, to her loving parents, Robert and Margaret Brown. She was raised in Rochester’s 19th Ward, where she attended Rochester City Schools #44 and #16. Felice later attended Jefferson High School and proudly graduated with the Class of 1981.

Throughout her life, Felice was known for her warm heart, loving spirit, and unforgettable personality. She had a way of bringing joy and laughter wherever she went. Felice truly was the life of the party. Her presence could brighten a room, and she was deeply loved and cherished by her family and many friends.

Over the years, Felice worked in several fields, including retail and healthcare. She also spent several years working alongside her father with Laborers Local 435, an experience that allowed her to share both her work and precious time with a man she dearly loved and respected.

Felice was formerly married to Mark A. Williams I., from their union came a family that would become one of the greatest joys of her life.

Above all else, family was at the center of Felice’s heart. She deeply cherished her parents and her brother Robin. She remained a loving and supportive daughter throughout her life. She valued spending quality time with the people she loved and created countless memories her family and friends will hold close to their hearts forever.

Felice was also a woman who enjoyed life. She loved sports and was an avid New York Giants fan adorning herself in gear and tattoos. She enjoyed boasting when they won yet hated when they lost. She loved shopping and had an undeniable sense of style-Felice was truly a fashionista. Whether she was getting dressed for an occasion, spending time with family and friends, watching her favorite team, or simply enjoying a good time, Felice brought her own special energy and personality to every moment.

Felice leaves to cherish her memory her beloved parents, Robert and Margaret Brown; her siblings, Robin (Tracey) Brown, Darlene (Herbert) Hines, and Robert Knight; her two children, Mercedes (Dominic) Celentano and Mark A. (Shannon) Williams II, and her beloved grandchildren, Nevaeh Williams, Skylar Williams, Aaliyah, Jose, Jordyn Williams, Mark A. Williams III, Marcus Dalberth, Dominic Celentano Jr., and Ellianna Celentano.

She also leaves to cherish her memory her nieces and nephew, Brittany (Mike) Frazier, Brielle Brown, and Brandon Brown, along with a host of extended family members, relatives, and dear friends whose lives were touched by her love, laughter, and beautiful spirit.

Felice will be remembered as a loving daughter, devoted mother, proud grandmother, cherished sister and aunt, loyal friend, and a woman who knew how to enjoy life. Her love for her family was undeniable, and the joy she brought to those around her will never be forgotten.

Although her physical presence will be deeply missed, Felice’s laughter, style, love, and unforgettable spirit will live on through the many memories she created and through the family she loved so dearly.
