Patricia Ann Rask

Greece: Passed away on September 8, 2026. Patricia was predeceased by her grandson, Matthew Sullivan; parents, James & Mary Fava; brother, James Fava; sisters, Ottavia & Mary Ann Fava. She is survived by her husband, Gordon Rask; daughters, Sally (Randall) Lamons & Margret (Mike) Smith; grandchildren, Christopher (Colleen) Cicotta, Anthony Cicotta, Michael Smith, Emily Smith, Megan Smith, Rachel Smith & Heather Smith; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Rose Riefer, Frank Fava, Magdalena DiNapoli & Pasquale Fava; several nieces, nephews & cousins.

Patricia’s committal prayers will be shared at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at 12 PM on Saturday, September 12th. Please meet at the Dewey Avenue entrance.
