History Mary leaves behind her beloved children, Diane (Bill) Bayer, Glenn Leavy, Mike (Sandy) Leavy, Arthur (Tammy) Leavy; grandchildren, Rachel Rebecca Leavy, Dustin Ethan Leavy; great-grandchild, Sebastian Maldonado; brothers and sister, Frank Lombardo, Andrew (Sylvia) Lombardo, Martha Lombardo, Lawrence Lombardo, Tony (Loretta) Lombardo, several Nieces, Nephews and friends at Wesley Gardens. Services Bartolomeo Perotto Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where Mary's Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 7-9. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 9 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Parkway. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Mary was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She always put them first. She always looked forward to spending time with her family. Her joy for the holiday's, especially, Christmas and Easter with family were evident by the lavish holiday decorations at her home. Mary also looked forward to Tuesday Night Family dinners at her home. Her spaghetti sauce, soups and stew will be missed. Mary was very proud of her Italian Heritage and she was a proud American. During the war she boasted of her support of the troops by her efforts put forth in the work force. She enjoyed: shopping, gardening, travel, camping, collecting dolls, embroidery, sewing, current political affairs and simply going for a ride in the car. Her passion for camping was satisfied while she spent time in the Adirondack's and the Pocono's. Mary was a practical, forward thinking person. She never let yesterday bother her today. She was generous with her time and resources to those she loved. She had a sense of being a natural care giver, she always looked out and cared for others in need. Her strong will and resourcefulness made her who she is today. Her sense of humor and love of family will forever be cherished by her family.
