November 15, 2013 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his parents, Charles Frances Monachino; brother, Joseph Monachino. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary A. (Marcello) Monachino; children, Francine (David Valerio) Monachino, Chuckie (Carla Nelson) Monachino; grandchildren, Aria (Jerry) Matthews, Charlee (Sherrell) Lovett, Fatimah (Richard) Terry; great-grandchildren namesake Frankie Matthews, J'Nai, Thaddeus, Samirah, Kymora, Elijah, Richard, Natalia; special niece, Tina (Bill Potter) Paolozzi; siblings, Charles Jr. (Alma) Monachino, Marie Martella; sisters-in-law brothers-in-law, Clara Marcello, Peggy Marcello, George (Terri) Marcello; several nieces, nephews, cousins dear friends. Frank was an Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict and retired from the Rochester Housing Authority. Upon retirement, Frank went to work for the Greece Town Court and continued working until his recent illness. His family and friends will fondly recall his singing, dancing and his endearing smile. No one will ever forget the way his voice filled the room.
