Falconio, Phyllis (Agostinelli) Rochester: Passed peacefully on Sunday, July 19. Phyllis is lovingly remembered as mom, grandmother, sister & friend. She is pre-deceased by her parents Anthony and Theresa, sister Susan and brother Tony. Phyillis is survived by her four children Donald, Lyn, Liz, Leslie; her grandchildren, Alexandra, Lauren, Eric, her sister Janet Jimenez; brothers, James and Tom Agostinelli. Phyllis was a lifetime resident of Rochester, but enjoyed her many adventures with her family. Phyllis loved her family, her music and the arts, and her cherished roses.
