He started off attending Most Precious Blood Grade School, he then went and graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School. Finally, he graduated from the U of R with a Bachelor's Degree. After School Chuck joined his father in the family business, Manel Paving and Excavating. Chuck was the snowplow king. He was also very respected by his peers when he was in the seat of his grader. He had an ability to do things behind the wheel most operators couldn't. Chuck's favorite time was spent sitting around the water. He enjoyed boating and spending time in the 1000 Islands. When he wasn't around the water Chuck eagerly looked forward to his next trip to the casino. Chuck enjoyed eating and he was a very good cook. His family remarked, he was a great cook, however in his wake there were always remnants of his latest creation. He enjoyed watching the food channel plotting his next dish. Chuck always maintained his sense of humor. He had an ability through his witty nature to make others laugh. For those close to him that also meant that you most likely were the recipient of the same jokes, over and over again. He was noted for being kind to others. He always had a nickname for those he was close to. He will definitely be missed by those who knew and loved him.
