OGDEN - January 22, 2020. Rocky was predeceased by his parents, Patrick Marie Albanese. He is survived by his wife Teresa "Terri" M. Albanese; children, Tina (Sam) Albanese-Stauffer John Albanese; grandchildren, Samuel A. Stauffer, Jacqueline Stauffer, Savanna Stauffer, Hunter Albanese; siblings, Gary Albanese Patricia Albanese; several nieces, nephews, cousins dear friends. Rocky's life story will be shared during his visitation Monday, January 27th, 2-4 6-8 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 Long Pond Rd.). His Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, January 28th, 9 AM at St. Christopher's Church, 3350 Union St., N. Chili., immediately followed by his burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Strong Memorial Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, 4-1200, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642 in Rocky's memory. Rocky was born January 28, 1943 in Rochester, NY. His parents Patrick Marie Albanese had 3 children, Rocco, Gary Patricia. Their family made their home growing up in the city of Rochester. Rocky attended St. Anne's grade school. During these years he enjoyed playing flag football with his friends. He attended and graduated from Monroe High School. During his years there he began to have an interest in weight lifting and Karate. He was on the school wrestling team and he was a member of the school's printing club. It was this last membership that would propel Rocky into his future business endeavors. Rocky bumped into Terri Carapezza at a local barbershop. The two dated and were married, May 28, 1966 at Guardian Angels Church in Henrietta. They went on to having two children of their own and 4 grandchildren. The affection that Rocky had towards printing all the way back in high school inspired him and Terri to begin RJ Printing at the age of 37 in 1980. He was always hard working and he dedicated himself to his work. Rocky was a member of the Chili Lions, Greece Chamber of Commerce Gates Chili Chamber of Commerce. When Rocky wasn't busy at work he enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills, listening to 50's, 60's classical music, watching American Pickers Western's and listening talking on his CB Radio. He enjoyed the outdoors, his hunting pursuit of Whitetail Deer every fall was something he always looked forward to.
