Survived by his beloved wife, Toni Smith; nieces & nephews, Christina & Dana Zampatori, Daniel Dentino, Michael & Dianna Dentino; great-nieces & great-nephews, Dana Jr, Gina, Alexandra, Alaina, Sonny Boy, Ricky, Danielle & Michael Jr; sister-in-law, Diane Distafano; very special uncle, Nick Ricigliano; best friends, Mary & Ron Bischoping, Rick Rusotti. Jerry was a longtime volunteer with Greece Volunteer Ambulance. Jerry's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the nurses and doctors at Rochester General Hospital for their compassionate care. A special thank you to Kathy D'Ettore, Jerry's home care nurse. Jerry's Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 15 St. Martin's Way, Rochester NY 14616.
