Centola, Edwin V. Greece: Predeceased by his wife, MaryAnn Centola & daughter, Joann Centola. He is survived by his children, Bruce (Anna) Centola, Edwina (Bernard) Farnand & Duane (Susan) Centola; grandchildren, Gina, Andrea & Paul Centola, Danica (Matthew) Goebel, Melissa Anne (Noah Stupak) Farnand, Lisabeth (Scott) McDonough, Ellen (Sean) Phelan; several nieces & nephews. Ed was World War II veteran who received four Bronze Stars & the Air Medal for his bravery as a Gunnery Sergeant with the Army Air Corps over Europe. He served as a Sergeant with the City of Rochester Police Department from which he retired in 1974. Ed's visitation will be held 4-7 PM on Thursday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM on Friday at St. Marks Church, 54 Kuhn Rd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be sent to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
