Rochester: April 13, 2015. Predeceased by his father, William Brown; mother, Kathleen Brown; stepmother, Emma Brown; sister, Linda Gillies. Barry is survived by his sons, Barry "Steve" (Michele) Brown Michael D. (Candace) Brown; granddaughters, Kristin Brown, Vicki Olszowka, Cassandra (Kc) Brown and Michaela Brown; grandson, Michael (Mikey) W. Brown; great-grandchildren Kaden Maddison; nieces nephews; and a very special friend, Bill Merron. Barry retired after 32 years of service at Kodak and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Barry's visitation will be Sunday from 3-7 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd) where his funeral service will also be celebrated on Monday at 11:00 AM. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Barry was born on February 13, 1939 in Osceola, PA. During his adulthood, Barry spent 12 years in the U.S. Army and had two sons, Barry "Steve" and Michael Brown. Some of Barry's favorite sports and hobbies were archery, photography and golf. He was also an animal lover and he enjoyed listening to country music. Barry will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by many family and friends.
