Additional Information
Mary Jane was born the only girl to Carlo Carmella. She was raised with strong family values and has been lovingly known as Aunt Jane.
After meeting Joe at the drinking fountain at Delco, they were married for 57 years. She enjoyed DeSantis family gatherings, and continued family traditions on Christmas Day and vacationing at Jay's home no matter where he lived.
Her hobbies included collecting baby dolls, crystal critters, and bread dough dolls. She liked word games, needle point, knitting, and was a great cook, especially known for her chili and sauce.
Some of her more famous sayings included "I'm allowed to speak my mind, you have to allow me to do that", and "You do not have to agree, but you have to respect me".
Mary Jane loved family, spending time with them, and was best described as classy, modest, fashionable, speaking her mind, writing letters to get her point accross, and was reliable and often a caregiver.
She was active on Facebook, with her grandkids, loved funnel cake, volunteering, had faith in angels, liked butterflies, and had a lifetime friendship with Lee Kaufman.
She will be greatly missed.
