Died peacefully in his sleep on December 4, 2013. Predeceased by his son, John; parents, Adolph Eva Budney; sisters brothers-in-law, Mary Chet Baldwin, Thomas Edwards, James Norma Maher. Vincent is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Anne; his children, James, Patty (Jack) Finley, Kathy (John) Clay; daughter-in-law, Kitty Budney; grandchildren, Joseph Finley, and Hannah Matthew Budney; siblings, Josephine Edwards, Ben (Maria), Fran (Joyce) Len (Irene); many nieces nephews. Calling hours are 2-6 PM on Sunday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). Vincent's funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at 9:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave, Rochester with a reception to follow at Legacy, 1000 Providence Circle. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunset House, 3746 St. Paul Blvd, Rochester, NY 14617 in Vincent's memory.
