Services Delores's visitation will be Sunday 1-5 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd). Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10 AM at Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin St., Rochester. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Delores grew up living on Jay St. She attended Holy Family School and Our Lady of Mercy where she graduated. She enjoyed learning. While in school, she had an interest in gymnastics and dancing. When Delores met Joseph Nacco, Joe had Love at first sight. He said, "That's the woman I am going to marry". When she was 20 years old, she and Joe were married at St. Francis of Assisi. Delores went to work at Bartolomeo Funeral Home on Jay St. where she answered their phones. for the Rochester City School District. She was an administrator to the Dean. She became a Teacher's Assistant for over 25 years. Delores was the kind of woman to always put her family first. She enjoyed gardening and collecting pins. She was always quick to send cards to others for any reason. Her favorite music was "We are all just passing through", "If God's Willing" and "When a man loves a woman". She very much enjoyed her 75th birthday party. The best way to describe Delores is that she had a great sense of humor, she was well liked, she was easy to get to know, was very approachable. She was a generous woman. She was well kept and particular about her hair. She had a good memory, she had sticky notes everywhere. Delores was thoughtful and resilient. She will be missed by all who knew her.
