Rochester. Helene M. Stocum passed away peacefully on September 19, 2018 at age 89. Predeceased by her son, Richard W. Parr Jr.; sister Kathleen Schlenker. Helene is survived by her longtime friend and companion Linda White, close friends; Doug Linda, Jerry Barbara. As per Helene's wishes there will be no prior visitation, services will be held privately. Helen was a General Motors Employee for 34 years, 55 Year member of the Eastern Star, volunteered for The American Red Cross , Past President of the Brockport Senior Citizens Center. Helene loved shopping for everything, caring for her pets and reading books from Fern Michaels Nora Roberts. Helene will be remembered as a gracious, strong and warm woman, who's presence was felt by all those that were fortunate to have know her, and a devout longtime member of Concordian Lutheran Church in Brockport.
