Our family wants to thank Dr. Megan Baumgart and staff for their care. NOTE CHANGE: Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, Joseph's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at a time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, NY 14450 or Wilmot Cancer Institute, 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642 in Joe's memory. Joe was a dedicated, hardworker at Rochester Products for 32 years. He continued his hard work ethics at Ridgemont Country Club, Red Fedele's Brookhouse and Mobil Gas Station. His passion and love for music was reflected in the many local bands he played bass guitar in. Joe's many clicks of friends included his chicken wing buddies, basketball gang, security guard friends and his pals from Rochester Products (Delphi). There wasn't one place that Joe would go where he didn't know somebody. As a loyal friend, he would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. He took pride in his family, home and yard. Joe's love for his dogs was immeasurable and he was known for "sleeping with the dogs." For the multitude of obstacles and procedures Joe endured in his battle with cancer, he always wore a smile and had a positive attitude. His legacy will live on as our hero and a true warrior. Joe has made an anatomical gift to U of R Medicine for the benefit of science and humanity.
