Additional Information
In honor of Bob's love for his Irish heritage and for Notre Dame, please wear something green to his funeral.
Early in life, Bob was a sales rep for a wholesale food distributor, M. Egan Co. and enjoyed playing softball and skiing, as well as, coaching his son's little league baseball team. He played a lot of golf as a member of Brooklea Country Club and later Ridgemont Country Club.
Bob co-founded Perk Development Corp. and retired in 1988. He had many hobbies including golf, hunting, and fishing. Although he enjoyed many sports, he was a die hard Notre Dame fan! He also loved to spend time in Florida and reading on his back porch.
In 1993, he became involved with Chili's Restaurants and operated 3 stores in the Rochester area until his death. Although Bob's health deteriorated in recent years with many hospital visits and stays in rehab, but he never missed a televised Buffalo Bills or Notre Dame game.
Bob's friends will remember him best for his dry sense of humor and strong will, while his family will remember the passion he had for his wife and how proud he was of his family.
