She is survived by her husband, Donald Gallagher; children, Steve Gallagher Diane Gallagher; her mother Lena (DiStefano) Yacono; grandchildren Evan Dustin Wells, Jaxon McGill; brothers sister, Chuck (Joyce) Yacono, Michelle (Ron) Fulmer Joe (Joanne) Yacono; Paula's visitation will be held 2-4 7-9 on Tuesday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Memorial Service will be celebrated at 9:30AM on Wednesday at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Inurnment will be in White Haven Memorial Park.
