Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Noel was born on March 8, 1970, son of Beatrice Torres Ismael Santiago. He graduated from Franklin High School and worked at Signature Office Interiors until the company was sold. He then worked as a machinist for Polymer Engineered Products. Noel met his beloved wife Sherri when they were just teenagers. They grew together, married and created a beautiful family. He coached soccer for Brighton and GGSL. He also, coached T-Ball for Greece Little League. He worked as a referee for Rochester Flag Football, Western New York Football Officials most recently Rochester Kickball League. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers the NY Yankees. Attending his children's sporting events gave him great joy. Noel cherished his family and will be greatly missed by them.
