Survived by spouse, Jim Ecker; brother, David (Rosanne) Mule; father-in-law, Howard Ecker; sisters-in-law, Mary (Todd) Putnam Susan Ecker; dear friend, Elaine Esgro; niece, Emily Putnam; several nieces nephews. Thank you Journey Home volunteers for the compassion, love, and support you showed to Frank and his family. No prior visitation. Frank's memorial service is Saturday at 11 AM at Spiritus Christi Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh St, Rochester. Interment West Webster Cemetery. Frank was born on August 30, 1950 in Rochester, NY to Frank Gloria Mule and grew up on Avery Street on the city's westside. He graduated from Aquinas Institute and Brockport College. Frank then became a systems analyst at Eastman Kodak. In his spare time, Frank liked to garden and he loved animals, cooking, eating, entertaining, and traveling to places like Sarasota, FL and NYC. He always enjoyed traveling with family and friends. Frank was also a Buffalo Bills fan. Family and friends would best describe Frank as gentle, quiet, generous, never wanting to be center stage, adventurous, kind, a planner, someone who enjoyed people watching and pleasing others, had a beautiful smile, great sense of humor, and lived life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
