Survived by daughter, Lucila Rodriguez-Matos son-in-law, Eddie Matos; daughter, Alma Miller son-in-law, Andrew Miller; grandchildren, Eduardo Santiago, Rafael Santiago, Daniel Miller, Jeremiah Miller; siblings, Carmen Eva Zambrana, Jorge Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Anita Rodriguez. Visitation is 3-6 PM Wednesday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd) where William's funeral service will immediately follow at 6 PM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626 in William's memory. William was an artist. He enjoyed painting and photography. He loved reading the Bible and hearing God's promises. William was a veteran of the United States Army. He served our country from July 1964 - November 1970. William worked as an engineer at the Puerto Rico Telephone Company for 20 years. He retired in 1999. William moved to Rochester in 2010. He loved and adored the Lord and his two daughters, Lucila and Alma. As the word of God promises, William is in glory with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, walking the streets of gold.
