Nicosia, 10 siblings History Peacefully entered into the arms of the Lord on January 2, 2013 at age 95. Joe was the beloved father of Joanna Tuzzeo (fiance Robert Newton), Sally (Joe) Mech, Peter (Teresa) Nicosia, Carla (Dan) Cox, Joe Nicosia, Jr; devoted grandfather of Christopher (Cristina), Angela, and Peter Mech, April Cox, Linley (Doug) Pipech, Matt John Nicosia, Jim Tuzzeo, and Alexa Nicosia; brother of Jennie Fornarola; brother-in-law of Barbara Alletto Catherine "Kay" Alletto; and survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services Visitation will be Sunday from 1-5 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). Joe's funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM at St. Helen's Church, 310 Hinchey Rd, Rochester. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Joe honorably served in the US Army in the Aleutian Islands during WWII. He celebrated 60 wonderful years of marriage and was a retiree of GM Delco Products.
