Judge, Peggy A. (Binga) Henrietta: April 28, 2017, at the age of 52. Predeceased by her parents, Bert & Betty Binga. She is survived by her son, Rick (Jen) Judge; granddaughter, Zoe; brother, Tim (Anne) Binga; several dear friends including Dan & Wendy Curtice. Peggy was a thirty five year employee with the NYS Office of Professional Discipline.
