January 27, 2021 at the age of 60. Predeceased by his parents, Richard & Eleanor "Boots" Francis. Moe is survived by his wife, Kathy Francis; mother-in-law, Doris Johnson; step-children whom he loved as his own, Dan (Ariana) Allen, Emily (Jeff) McCarthy & Julia (Eric Savard) Allen; brother, Rick (Janet Starwald) Francis; sisters, Karen (Dean) Strussenberg & Kathy Najder; brothers-in-law, Tom (Carol) Johnson, Bob (Sue) Johnson; sisters-in-law Robin (Scott) Haude & Cheri (Bob) Radwich; grandchildren, Charlotte & Remi McCarthy; his "brothers" in the fire department; his dog, Sam; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Per NYS regulations, all guests are required to wear a face mask and hand sanitize at the funeral home and church. Kevin's life story will be shared during his visitation, Friday, February 5th from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30am on Saturday February 6th at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 West Ridge Road.
