Passed peacefully surrounded by her family on August 4, 2021, at age 82. Predeceased by her husband Arthur & infant son Arthur Jr. Juanita is survived by her children; Gregory (Sharon) Osterhout, Gerianne (David, Jr.) Puskas; 3 grandchildren, Arthur "Richie" Farrands, Alyssa (Todd) Kveton & Trevor Osterhout; 2 great-grandchildren, Chloe & Abigail Kveton; brother Thomas (Rita Straubhaar) Raco; sister Linda (Doug) Piedemonte; nieces and nephews. No Prior visitation: Juanita's Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, 9:30 am St. Lawrence Church, 1000 North Greece Road (ASL Interpreter will be provided at church). Juanita graduated from Jefferson High School in 1956, married, and lived in New Jersey and Buffalo before returning to Rochester in 1980. She worked for 20 years in Human Resources at Pfaudler, Inc. and retired in 2006. A woman of great faith, she was devoted to the Church and attended St. Lawrence in Greece after being a member of Mother of Sorrows for decades. She loved cooking and hosting family gatherings. Her holiday family dinners were cherished by her extended family and were a true representation of her. As her nephew, Jeremy Raco stated, "she leaves behind an incredible legacy of love, laughter, and lasagna."
