James Iacutone, born in Rochester, NY, passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 68, after a courageous battle with cancer.

James recently retired from Finger Lakes DDSO, where he worked for 20 years with dedication and compassion. James will be remembered for his generosity, kindness, and the love that he shared with those around him.

He is survived by his children, Jason Iacutone and Cara Iacutone; his grandson, Josiah Joyner; his brother, Albert Iacutone (Kathi); his nephew, Eric Iacutone (Viviana); his nieces, Jenna Iacutone (Karma Phuntsok) and Alicia Iacutone (Jeff Specht); his great-nieces, Giorgina and Suki; his uncle, Gino Iacutone (Belquis Paredes); and many other beloved family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., with a service to follow at 1:00 P.M., at Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home, 1411 Vintage Ln, Rochester, NY 14626. Entombment at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Landmark Society of Western NY or Verona Street Animal Society in James’ honor.
