Services
Albert's visitation will be held 2-4 7-9 on Friday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Ln (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd). His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 AM on Saturday at St. Mary's Church, 15 St. Mary's Place. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Additional Information
Born on October 6, 1933 in NYC, Albert grew up on Floral Park.
After attending Regis High School in the Bronx, and then graduating with a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, he also was in the ROTC and worked as a Photo Chemist at Eastman Kodak from 1961 to 2002. He retired from Heidelberg and he holds several patents.
He married on June 28, 1958 and enjoyed family gatherings, especially Thanksgiving. He also liked going to Sanibel for a couple of weeks each year. In all, he enjoyed eight trips to Europe!
Albert's hobbies included photography and investing. He had a mathematical formula for buying and selling. He loved baseball, specifically the Mets, and he also was a fan of the Buffalo Bills.
Everyone who knew him would say that he enjoyed conversation and knew many things about a wide variety of subjects. He was an avid NY Times reader.
He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
