She was a lifetime caregiver, Unity Hospital volunteer Auxiliary Member. Services Annette's visitation will be held 3-7 PM on Monday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30AM on Tuesday at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 15 St. Martin's Way. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Annette was a very kind and giving woman. She was a caregiver to her parents and many loved ones. Annette adored her nieces nephews; cherished her friends loved to travel. She kept many of her mother's recipes alive and passes them on to her nieces. She always had a smile a hug. Annette will be deeply missed by her family friends.
