Arnie was born on May 4, 1925 in Rochester, NY. He graduated from Franklin High School where he played baseball while there. He was a proud employee of the US Postal Service. He retired after 29 years of service and continued to attend monthly US Postal Service retiree picnics. Dancing with his wife Josephine was one of his pleasures. He also liked all family gatherings, especially Christmas and his grandkids' birthday celebrations. Some of Arnie's favorite activities were golf, especially at the Craggie Brae Golf Course, bowling every Wednesday night in the Post Office league for at least 45 years, and going to the casino and watching the horse races. Arnie was also a Lederkranz Club member and Moose Club member. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching NCIS, listening to Big Band music, and was a Denver Broncos fan and a Phil Mickelson fan. Family and friends would best describe Arnie as being fun loving, social, independent, strong willed, hard working, dedicated, giving, appreciative of others, having a great sense of humor and being a kid at heart. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
