Kramer, Arthur C. Jr. Rochester: June 18, 2017. Art was predeceased by his wife, Doris Kramer; parents, Arthur C. Alma Kramer; brothers Ralph Kramer Sr. Robert Kramer; nephews, Ralph Kramer Jr. William Bayer. Survived by nieces nephews, Marlene Michael Mosher, Charlene Kramer, Donald Kramer, Douglas Kramer, James Kramer; dear friends Alice Bob Bayer, their children, Robert Bayer Mary Kay Herring; great-niece Laura (Tom) Purdev; great-nephews, Christopher (Aubrey) Arena, Robert Arena Joseph Arena; several great-nieces Greatnephews. For more information about Art please visit www.bartolomeo.com. Art's visitation will be Thursday 4-7 PM at the Funeral Home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 Long Pond Rd.). Art's Funeral Service will be celebrated, Friday 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home, immediately followed by his burial in White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd.,Rochester, NY 14620 in Art's memory. Arthur was born on November 3, 1924 to Arthur Alma Kramer in Rochester, NY. He attended and graduated from Charlotte High School. Art met his wife Doris through his father who worked with Doris at Eastman Kodak. Art eventually worked at Eastman Kodak in their Shipping Department and he also worked for Elmgrove Road Shipping Department. His favorite times in life were family gatherings and celebrations. Art was a member of the American Legion and he was a devout, socially active member of his church. Some of Art's hobbies were carpentry; building tables and chairs. He also liked completing home improvement projects throughout the years. During Art's free time, he enjoyed listening to Big Band music and shopping with Doris. He also liked to watch the T.V. series, Little House on the Prairie and other older T.V. shows. Art was described as a kind, gentle and considerate person. He was also very active in life, had a good sense of humor and was a kid at heart. Art will be dearly missed and he will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
