Florida: After a 15 year courageous battle with cancer and all of the maladies related to its cure, Barbara passed away peacefully into The Lord's presence on Monday, March 24, 2014. Predeceased by mother, Eloise Stortini; father, Leonard Maier; sister; Judith Ann Maier. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Roger Johnson; son, Timothy (Rose) Ryan; daughter, Robin (Tim) Flaherty; sisters, Sandra (Richard) Witkowski, Karen (Mike) Vanderlyke; brother, David (Roberta) Maier. Stepchildren, Albert Johnson, Robert (Jenna) Johnson Kimberley (Wes) Harrington. Barbara was blessed with 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews cousins. Visitation is Friday from 2-4 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.). Barbara's funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 am at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Rd, Rochester. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in Barbara's name.
