Barbara Jones Ali Barbara was born in Washington, D.C. on February 28, 1957 to the late Frank L. Jones and the late Emily P. Jones. She was their only daughter. Barb is survived by her husband Mohamed Ali, along with her Aunt, Uncle, and Cousins. As an only child, Barb developed lifelong friendships and many of those friendships hold bonds as strong as a family. Barb had a gift for style and fashion and was a certified Gemologist. It was through these gifts that she met her husband, Mohamed Ali. They have been together for more that 40 years. Barb loved to travel, enjoy good food, and most importantly good company. She had an infectious laugh and an unmatched sense of humor, always able to offer a witty response. Services were held at Islamic Cultural Center.
