Biagio was born March 15, 1935 in Sardinia, Italy to Giuseppe Catalina Cipolla. During his teenage years the family moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where he would become involved in the Christian Church and the director of a church choir.
After moving to America in the mid 1960's, Biagio was introduced to his wife, Concetta, by friends from church. After they met he moved back to Argentina briefly only to realize that he missed Concetta dearly and moved back to Rochester to be with her. They went on to have 2 sons, Sam and Joe.
Biagio was a painter at the University of Rochester for over 30 years. He was a very thorough, detail oriented Artistic man and was responsible for painting major projects within the University, such as the gymnasium and the steeple.
Biagio enjoyed having a large vegetable garden in his backyard, watching soccer, cooking, listening to music and playing the accordion.
He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
