Carmella "Millie" (DiLalla) Petrillo GATES - Passed away peacefully at the age of 98. Predeceased by her husband of 42 years, Michael C. Petrillo; parents; brothers & sister, Phylis "Jennie" (Vincent "Jim") Piarulli, Anthony (Victoria) DiLalla, Michael (Mary) DiLalla, James (Millie) DiLalla, Salvatore (Connie) DiLalla, Lena (Casey) Ragne, Louis (Barbara) DiLalla; sister-in-laws & brother-in-laws, Theresa "Dolly" (Jim) Tortorella, John Capone, Robert Scherzi & Carl (Ann) Petrillo, Jack McMullen & Joe DeFranco. Carmella is survived by her children, Nicholas M. (Donna Lee) Petrillo, Annette (Tom) Basset & Jeanne (Jim) Andolina; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Angie Capone, Mafalda "Honey" McMullen of CA, Gilda DeFranco, Nick (Mikey) Petrillo, Mary Scherzi; many nieces & nephews. Millie's life story will be shared during her visitation at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.), Tuesday, November 23rd, 2-5 PM. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Wednesday, November 24th, 9:30 AM at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd., immediately followed by her burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in Millie's memory.
