Stocum, Carolyn M. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 2, 2017. Predeceased by her grandmother Charlotte Burnside, father Leo Bowen, siblings Charlotte Jensen, Ann McCarthy; Sally, Wes, and Robert Bowen. nephew TJ McCarthy, and precious great grand niece Nora Sample. Survived by her beloved niece Kathleen McCarthy Rains, grandnieces Lisa Wiborg, Amanda Anderson. Lauren Sample, Susan Constable, Jennifer Herdlein and their families, other loved ones and friends who will miss her kindness, quiet strength and determination. She was a long time resident of Linden Knoll Senior Apartments.. Carolyn's family was blessed to surround her with love and care in her last precious days. Her family is especially grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Lois VanTol. At Carolyn's request there will be no calling hours.
