He is survived by his siblings, Mary Ann Nazzaro, Jim (Bonnie) Zicari, Louis (Debbie) Zicari, Margaret (Peter) Ranalletta, Joe (Linda) Zicari; nieces nephews, James Jr., Samantha Zicari, Jonathan, James Zicari, Joe (Brenda), Michael Ranalletta, Christopher, Stephen Zicari; great-nephews, Joey, Nico Bryce Ranalletta; Godfather, Robert (Carol) Santangelo; Aunts, Josie Cimino, Angie Santangelo Marilyn Zicari; many cousins beloved friends.
Services
Charles' visitation will be Friday 4-8 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd). His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 9 AM at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Chuck played basketball baseball. He also was an altar boy. He received his bachelors degree from Geneseo in history. He taught English as a second language. He was a member of the Greece Town Board for 6 years. He was a senators aide. He was actively involved with the Hispanic Institute fundraising in DC. He worked for Penn Mutual, he was often selected as a campaign manager. Chuck founded the Octagon Group.His family was most important to him. Every holiday was special to him. He was passionate about politics. He liked spending time around the water, he enjoyed cooking. Chuck was a Syracuse Basketball fan, an active reader, had varied music interests and liked classic movies. He was full of life, loving, social, a constant talker. He was faith filled, generous, enjoyed talking politics, always had a smile on his face. He challenged the status quo. Chuck was well liked, a peace maker and honest.
