Additional Information Cosmo was a devoted family man, loving husband, proud father and exceptional grandfather. He was a standout basketball player for Jefferson High School and led the City/Catholic league in scoring his senior year. He then took his athletic skills to the Army's baseball team during the Korean War. Upon his return he married Rose Felice, his high school sweetheart, and was married for 54 years and had 2 sons. Cosmo worked as a skilled carpenter and took great pride his craft. He was a long time member of the Carpenters Local Union 85. He loved his work, the companies that he was with, and the men he worked along side of. Other than the enjoyment from his family, Cosmo had a great passion for the sport of horse racing and held ownership in a few horses. An accomplished handicapper he was also inclined to make an "occasional" wager. Cosmo also loved the game of golf especially when he could play with his sons. He found greater pleasure when he was able to play with his two grandsons, Ronnie and Johnathan. However, it was his granddaughter Donna-Lyn, who always put the largest smiles on his face. Cosmo will be missed but, never forgotten. The examples of pride and devotion from which he led his life by will carry on. The family would like to thank the entire staff at St. John's Home, especially the caretakers in the Reservoir Building, 2nd floor, for taking exceptional care of our beloved Cosmo.
