Sciarratta, David L. Greece: October 17, 2015 surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his beloved son, David J. Sciarratta & mother, Elsie Sciarratta; uncles, Donald & Eugene Sciarratta. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sally Sciarratta; beloved son, Jeffrey (Alison) Sciarratta; cherished granddaughter, Lillian; loving father, Frank Sciarratta; loving sisters, Judy (Gary) Hartman & Shannon (Matt) Thomas; loving brother, Gary (Gina) Sciarratta; brother-in-law, Ralph (Carol) Monello; aunts, Carol & Mary Sciarratta; several nieces & nephews. David was on active duty 8/1963 to 8/1965 in the U.S. NAVY SEABEES as a CMA-3ed CLASS PETTY OFFICER rotating between OKINAWA and VIETNAM for two years. He retired from Eastman Kodak Company where he served as a Machine Mechanic. David's private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Inurnment Riverside Cemetery. Sally Sciarratta; devoted brother, Jeffrey (Alison) Sciarratta; grandfather, Frank (Mary Camp) Sciarratta; aunts uncles, Ralph (Carol) Monello, Judy (Les) Pierce, Gary (Gina) Sciarratta; great aunts uncles, Donald (Carol) Sciarratta, Eugene (Mary) Sciarratta; friends, David, Julie and Amy Curry. Donations David's family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and technicians at Unity Health ICU, with a special thanks to Sara, Josh and Rebecca. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Unity Health Foundation ICU Unit, 1555 Long Pond Rd., Rochester, NY 14626-4122 in David's Memory. Services BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where David's Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-6 PM followed by his Funeral service at 6 PM. Interment private. Additional Information David enjoyed fishing, listening to music and playing video games. He loved his Bass Guitar and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed making people laugh. He was a very funny and witty person who had a great personality. He was a leader and a great story teller. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be sadly missed.
