Donna was born in Rochester on March 5, 1948 to Donald Josephine Felter and grew up on White Street off of Lake Avenue. She attended St. Anthony's grade school and then Jefferson High School. She met her husband, Michael, at Donuts Delite and they were married at St. Anthony's Church on October 28, 1967. Taking care of her children was one of the greatest pleasures in her life.
Some of Donna's favorite activities included talking on the phone, baking, using the computer, and keeping up on current events. She was very social. She also enjoyed watching Westerns, Frank Sinatra, My Way, and watching Family Feud. Her favorite saying was "what are your goals?".
Family and friends would best describe Donna as strong-willed with a great sense of humor, someone who was quick-witted, independent, reliable, confident, helpful, a good listener, traditional, and selfless. Donna loved her family and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
