Dr. Kenneth Francis Hack (Ken, Kenny, Dr. Hack), 68, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2024. Born on November 1, 1956, in New York, New York, to James and Eileen Hack, Ken was the beloved middle child in a family of five siblings. He is survived by his older brother, James, and his younger sister, Elizabeth (Hack) Hamilton. A graduate of Lakeland High School, Ken went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. John Fisher College before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the New York Chiropractic College in Long Island, NY. For 44 years, he dedicated his career to caring for the Rochester community, bringing comfort, compassion, and healing to countless lives.

Kenny was a beloved husband to Marie Hack for 46 years, a devoted father to Elizabeth and Matthew, and a gentle caretaker to many four-legged family members. His love for nature and his belief in its healing power shaped his holistic approach to life, bringing a sense of calm and care to everything he did. Kenny treated his patients like family, with a dedication and compassion that few could match. He shared a special bond with his son Matthew through Seidokan Karate, practicing together for 26 years and earned his 5th black belt in 2019. Known for his playful spirit, Kenny was a true practical joker, and if he teased you, you knew he cared deeply. His warmth, laughter, and loving presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Ken’s life will be held at Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home on December 6, 2024, with calling hours from 2-4 pm, followed by a service at 4 pm.
