Additional Information
Edith was a devoted wife of 59 years to Mike Montagno. She was a loving mother to Norlene Michael. Her greatest joy was her two grandchildren, Noelle MJ. This 83-year old, with soft-blue eyes, bright smile, with a warm heart and touch was always outspoken and true to all her beliefs. Edith was the second oldest in a family of fourteen of seven boys and seven girls. She learned at an early age that she had to work hard to achieve what she wanted most in her life... her family was most important. She loved to work in both her flower vegetable gardens. Then she would complain about having to clean and cook everything that Dad would harvest. She was a wonderful cook and seamstress, she always had a project to keep her busy. She loved children and was always ready to give and recieve a hug or two from them. Edith was a life-long parishoner of Most Precious Blood Church. Edith and Mike were very devoted to their faith and never missed Mass. They could be seen sitting in the last row on the right hand side of church every Sunday.
