GREECE - February 14, 2020, at the age of 31. Eric is predeceased by his grandparents, Lu­igi Bacchetta, Beatrice Harry Nettnin. He is sur­vived by his parents Ron­ald Sonia (Bacchetta) Nettnin; sisters, Aman­da Nettnin Christina Nettnin; grandmother, Aminda Bacchetta; aunts uncles, Fosca (Mario) Tempesta, Edward (An­drea) Nettnin, Richard (Jeannie) Nettnin, Maria DiRenzo Tony (Joanne) Valentini; his faithful dog, Biggie and many cousins and friends. Eric worked at Westside Medical Supply for almost 16 years as a Rehab Technology Specialist. He liked helping others and giving them improved mobility. He enjoyed boxing, working out, kayak­ing, fishing, the Greenbay Packers Syracuse Or­ange games with friends and family. His infectious smile and huge heart of gold will be missed by all. Eric's visitation will be held 3-7 PM on Friday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. His funeral service will be celebrated 10:00 am on Saturday at the funeral home. Eric was born at Rochester General Hospital on August 8, 1988. He was the first child born in Monroe County on 8/8/88 and appeared on T.V. that special day. Eric attended Autumn Lane Elementary school where he loved to play soccer. He also played for the Greece Cobra's and Gates Metros. During his teen years, he continued to love soccer and was very good at it, just like his dad. Eric then developed a love for boxing, working out and catching pike in Braddox Bay while standing on his canoe. His favorite vacation spot was Ocean City, Maryland, where he had fun gathering and showing the young kids all of the sand crabs. Eric attended and graduated from Olympia High School. He always had to be the best dressed and got a new haircut every 7 days. Eric began helping his dad in the store and deliver items around 15- 16 years old. By his mid-twenties, he started to fish on his kayak and loved to go camping. He liked displaying his fishing pole, Packers jersey, shirts and Syracuse sports gear. Eric was adored by his two younger sisters, Amanda and Christina, and he loved playing jokes on both of them. Eric was a very good Rehab Tech at Westside Medical. He was the best customer service representative and he learned to match the right product to the consumers needs. Eric had an infectious smile that he spread wherever he went. He loved to laugh and loved to make others laugh. Eric was a handsome guy, and for this reason, meeting woman was never a problem for him. Eric aspired to find a woman, get married and have children. He wanted someone like his mom, but his dad told him that his mom is "too good" and they "broke the mold." One of Eric's favorite events was attending Syracuse games. He always wanted to go to Lambeau Field to watch the Greenbay Packers play football. Eric will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He will always be lovingly remembered by everyone who knew him.
