History Frank was a Veteran of WWII and a member of Monroe County Post 26 "ITAM". He was a life member of the Carpenters Local 85 with over 55 years of membership, serving as a Recording Secy, Trustee, Delegate and Vice President periodically. He retired from his employment from the City of Rochester as a Construction Building Inspector in 1984.
