Jones; several cousins,nieces, nephews, great-nieces great-nephews. History Phil was born on July 28, 1917 in Rochester. He attended Blessed Sacrament Elementary School Monroe High School. He retired from Bausch Lomb after 42 years. Phil`s greatest love was being with family. He was affectionately known as BOPPA to his grandchildren. Some of his greatest pleasures were a big cigar, a good joke and an extra dry gin martini.
