He was a sports fan with his favorite teams being the Minnesota Vikings and the Philadelphia Flyers. George was a member of Rochester Mopars. He loved his 2008 Limited Edition Dodge Challenger. He was a history buff, especially about the Civil War and WWII. He had a great sense of humor, a child at heart, always asking for toys, and doing "cat voices". He was obsessed with the weather, liked to sun bath, clip coupons, cook and eat.
