Robbins, George J. Sr. Greece: April 17, 2015 at age 82. Predeceased by his wife, Irene Raetz Robbins; parents, Wallace & Margaret Robbins. George is survived by his sons, George Jr. and Stephen (Angie); 5 grandchildren, Katherine, Alaina, Cole, Ashley, & Ryan; brothers, Wallace J. (Janet) Robbins & Michael B. (Elda) Robbins; many nieces, nephews, & cousins. George was born on March 10, 1933 in Queens, NY. He honorably served his country in the US Army and attended Alfred Agricultural & Technical Institute where he majored in Animal Husbandry. He married the love of his life, Irene, and spent 55 wonderful years with her prior to her death last November. George retired from Rochester Telephone with over 40 years as a repairman and was an active member of the CWA local #1170. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Friday at St. John the Evangelist Church of Greece, 2400 W. Ridge Road. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
