Name: Gerald F. Cheatle Life Dates: 12/18/1916 - 8/2/2005 City Of Birth: Erie, PA Pre-deceased by His wife, Alice Cheatle. Survived by GREECE: August 2, 2005 at age 88. He is survived by his children, Pam (Patrick) Clark, Penni Cheatle; grandson, Matthew Clark; sister, Mary Jane King; brother, John (Joan) Cheatle; several nieces, nephews dear friends. History Jerry was retired from the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo. He was a Navy Veteran, a member of the American Legion in Dunkirk and a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesist. He was very hardworking and dedicated to his profession. Jerry was a caregiver to his wife Alice. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed dancing, classical music and opera. Jerry was very sensible with his spending habits. He was known to say "go with the flow", "nuff said", "half n half" and "why not" Jerry was caring, giving, generous and compassionate. He was loved by all and will be missed dearly. Donations In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in Jerry`s Memory. Services BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) Where Jerry`s Visitation will be Thursday August 4, 2005 from 7-9 PM. There will be additional Visitation on Friday from 2-4 7-9 at the Donald Demmerly Funeral Home (21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY) All are invited to attend Jerry`s Funeral Mass on Saturday at S.S. Peter Paul Church (66 E. Main St. Hamburg) at 10 AM. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery (Hamburg).
