History Survived by her children, Joseph, Vincent (Susan), Nicolas (Nancy) and Nancy; granddaughters, Nicole, Natalie, Nina and Mary Helen; brother, John (Dorothy) Ange; sisters-in-law, Anna Tarantino, Rose (Paul) Valente, Josephine (George) D'Alo, Janet Santacesaria; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. Donations Donations may be sent to First Bible Baptist Church, 990 Manitou Rd, Hilton NY 14468 or the URMC Palliative Care Unit, 601 Elmwood Ave, Box 687, Rochester NY 14642 in Gloria's memory. Services Gloria's visitation will be held 1-3 6-8PM on Monday, October 10 at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Ln (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd). Her funeral service will be celebrated 11AM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Gloria worked side by side with her husband in the family business, Vince's Freezer Meats until 1985. She was a member of Circle of Hope at St. John's Church for many years. She enjoyed square dancing, trips with her friends, sewing and playing Euchre at the Greece Senior Center and in her home with "The Street Girls Euchre Group." She was a member of First Bible Baptist Church in Greece, enjoyed Bible studies with her friends and hosted a prayer group in her home. Gloria had the gift of hospitality and a playful sense of humor. She enjoyed hosting family gatherings and parties for her friends. She really knew how to make get-togethers uniquely fun. Always ready with a joke, she loved getting her first computer, as she could find and share new anecdotes with her friends and family. In her later years, she enjoyed sewing colorful fleece throws and heating pads, which she was quick to offer to anyone she knew was in need. Her latest project was teaching her homeschooled granddaughter how to sew. Gloria also leaves behind her beloved dog, Peppy. He kept her young and was a loyal companion for ten years. Her beloved family, friends and neighbors will always cherish the memories they made with her.
